Altiris report showing two MS Office version in the same machine.

Hi Guys. Please, I need help to know why the Altiris Report is showing two MS Office version in the same machine. Where the Altiris take this information in a machine with Win XP and where the Altiris take this information in a machini with Win 7? For example, a machine with MS Office 2007, I remove that MS Office version and I install the MS Office 2010. When I receive the report this machine, show me that I have two MS Office installed in this same machine. Thank you.

Which report are you referring to or did you create your own?
7.1 SP1 has this annoying bug where old/uninstalled software doesn't get removed from software reports (rumored to be fixed in 7.5).
Try creating this script as a task and running it on the machine (or manually delete the 2 files)

Is this bug in 7.1 SP1 documented? Does running a Full Inventory not correct the issue?
Support knew about it when I put a ticket in months ago. Here's a similar prior thread. Full inventory doesn't correct issue, at least when I was testing back originally.
