I need the solution about altiris report, from where i get the software report?

Search the top-right for 'Software' then from the results click 'View All Reports,' then take your pick. Installed Software is the most common one.
For a single computer, go to Manage > Computers, search for the computer by name, right-click it and select Resource Manager, then select View > Inventory. You can expand these data classes to view inventory, including software inventory, for a single computer without the need to run a report.
