Altiris RS askes for logon

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi,
after deploying and successful registration of the altiris recovery Agent, users are asked to logon. but every time they enter there valid credentials, the logon windows reapear and nothing happens .
i already checked the permissions in the Cluster configuration -> this fits
Anyone an idea ?

Check the groups
Robert,
Check the actual local "RS Users" group on the RS server; does it contain the group you added to the Users tab of the Cluster properties? Sometimes this gets cleared for some reason. Usually bouncing the RS service will clear it, or you can try adding teh group manually from Computer Managmement.
