One of the client is not reporting to altris server, i found that its service was stoped then i try to start it but it gives some error.

Any idea to solve it?

What is the issue and error message while start the service?

Error, "Could not start the Altiris Agent service on Local Computer. Error 1067: The Process Terminated Unexpectedly"

Under the Altiris Agent Installation is the error, "The following error occurred on the page InstallClient.aspx"

Uninstall Altiris Agent Remotely and reinstall it again

Commands to uninstall Altiris Agent:

1. Run the following command line to remove the Altiris Agent using AeXAgentUtil.exe located by default atC:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\AeXAgentUtil.exe /uninstallagents /clean (*)
2. Delete the following Program Files folder if still present: C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent (**)
3. Delete the following Registry key if still present: HKLM\Software\Altiris
