ALTIRIS TECHNICAL SUPPORT FORUMS ARE MOVING (YOUR ACTION REQUIRED)
Coming March 6...Were excited to announce the release of Symantec Connect. This new community website will replace the Altiris Technical Support forums as well as The Juice and Symantecs STN site. For a sneak peek at the new community, you can watch this video:

Symantec Connect will combine the communities currently making up STN, Altiris Juice, and the Altiris Tech Support forums. Real-world users of Symantec products (like you!) will provide the best solutions to technical challenges through blogs, forums, videos, downloads and articles. When you participate in the community you can earn both fame and fortuneokay maybe not fortune, but you can redeem participation points for some great prizes and your lifetime points earn you status levels on the site.
And dont worry, All of the valuable content that you currently enjoy on the Altiris Technical Support forums will be migrated to the new community.
However, to make the transition easier its important that you take action regarding your account information. Symantec Connect will use SymAccount, Symantecs single sign-on utility to provide access to the community. See below for the specific steps youll be required to take:
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SYMACCOUNT:
Then its easy. Just make sure that the e-mail address you use with SymAccount matches the e-mail address in your Altiris Tech Support forums profile. If they match well automatically connect the two accounts and nothing additional will be required on your part.
IF YOU DONT HAVE A SYMACCOUNT:
Create a SymAccount by clicking here:
https://symaccount.sy............/index.jsp. Make sure the e-mail address you use for your SymAccount and the e-mail address in your Altiris Tech Support forums profile match. Then well automatically connect them on February 26th when the new community site goes live.
