Altiris Ticketing System query

We are currently using Altiris as our ticketing system.
once you create an incident basically an email would be directly forwarded to the user .
My question is would there be a way for altiris to indicate or show if the users have received the notification email from us ?

Use the log viewer
Hi,
you can see in the log viewer, if an e-mail was send.
To control, if an email was received perhaps you can implement a tracking in your mailsystem.
