    I am testing Altiris 7.1 CMS on some laptops that have Guarian Edge 8.4 installed.

    Once the patch or application (from the Altiris Agent) has been installed the laptop will need to reboot.

    When the laptop reboots the laptops boots to the Guardian Edge login screen and the Altiris task is unable to finish its process.

    Is there a script or some type of configuration that I can use to bypass the Guardian Edge login screen and allow the Altiris Agent to finish its task (process)?

    or

    Who (as in Altiris or Guardian Edge) do I need to specificaly contact? The exact phone number and contact name  would be greatly appreciated?
