I am trying to run altris linux client on fedora . I am not able to seen inventory information fo fedora based client. Can anubudy help me out ???

Great find Jim. Wish I had that a year and a half ago.

While it is not supported you can install the client on Fedora. If I recall correctly you just change the auto detection of the OS in the Push Install and it works fine. Otherwise you can pull the client directly from the NS and it will install and run correctly.

Not supported but will run.

thanks for valuable suggestion .
Altris agent is successfully installed on my fedora 9 machine but all operation & inventory support is not reflecting on the server . Can you plz tell me what all config files changes needed to run successfully .
