Hi,
I have just performed CleanWipe in one of the Windows XP SP3 32 bit Workstation but then it always failed, here's the SEP install log that I can gather
can anyone please let me know what am I supposed to do to successfully install the SEP client in this workstation ?
I have verified that I am DOMAIN administrator with Local admin privillege in this PC, and also the Firewall is turned off already, so the PC can be ping-ed from the SEPM server, but somehow the push install failed after I entered my credentials.
Thanks.

Hi Rafeeq,
How to perform this "Create an install package or create a custom setting under the “Client Install Settings” options to not use “Add the program to the Start Menu”, leave this unchecked." ?

WHen I created the custom install package as per your suggestion above, it give me this error message before it prompt me for the installation wizard:
This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.
and this is the contant of the SEP_INST.log

Are you pushing the installation package to that machine from SEPM? Or does the install goes from an exported package? - if the second can you try to export a new package?
Hi Sebastian,
The install is from the extracted downloaded directory of SEP 12.1.2 and also from the exported package. I have always get successful result butonly this time it doesn't work in the workstation.
i have changed in the setup.ini file to point the log into C:\ instead of %TEMP% directory
