Am I able to restore someones email to a different email account?

I'm not finding anything pertinent on this. Here is my situation. Our ceo wants a copy of someone elses mailbox copied to a new email address (i'm using BE2012). I have exchange 2007 with 2010 clients. Is this possible? The only thing i've been able to find is restore to a different server which is not what i'm looking for. If it is possible any help would be much appriciated. Thanks!

Yes, definitely. Hopefully you had GRT enabled in the backup job?  Also, if your backup was on tape the restore is easier if you run a duplicate to disk job.

The TN below is for restoring to a *.pst, but you can use the steps up till the point where you need to redirect to *.pst. Instead you'd use the option to Redirect Mailbox Sets, and then make the necessary configurations there:
