This actually seems to be hardcoded to 3 days at this point.

A similar/same question has been raised in another thread today:

Hi Selarar,

This was documented in the Other things to know section of the Symantec ServiceDesk 7.5 Release Notes.

You cannot adjust the incident verification timeout period. The Incident Management incident verification timeout period is three days.

CNWilliams,

Are you saying that this setting is not governed by the Application Setting of DaysToKeepCloseTaskOpen?

If not, then what does this setting do???

What is the point of an Asset Management Solution that needs excessive management? Let me help you.
