Hello all,
Running SMP 7.1. Installed the IntelSCS component manually using the EXE found in the nscap folder. Everything installed successfully and machines are provisioning just fine. But every once in a while the amtconfserver service gets set to disabled. I have to restart it manually for it to work again. I looked in the Windows application logs and I see several warnings there about the connection with the database being lost as well as an error "Error when processing Heartbest manager".
Has anyone else encountered this type of thing? Or does anyone have an idea of where to look for a possible cause? Thank you.
