Endpoint Security Complete

This morning my Touchdown widget started showing -1/-1 and stopped receiving emails. I went into the app menu to click on touchdown itself to try and pull the mailbox down again, and touchdown is frozen and not responding. Have rebooted Note 4 2x, and still no ability to get into TD.  

Thoughts on next steps?  Have been using TD for years and haven't seen this problem before - usually no problems at all.

In the same boat. Uninstalled TD, then struggling with reinstallation for the last several hours as I cannot find a similar version to what I was using.

same problem here. TD completely frozen, no access to whatsoever

Got this issue since May on a Samsung Galaxy S6.

Could only resolve it by de- and reinstallation

Any solution yet
