Hello,
TouchDown worked for several years but stopped after I updated to the latest version. The connection / sync process appears to work, no error messages or logs are thorwn. But, the inbox displays as empty with no phone notification.
I have waited a couple months for a fix to be pushed out, but have not seen one yet. Apparently this issue only effects some users...
Any chance of a fix, or at least a recognition that this is an issue?
