TouchDown

I installed the latest update (Marshmallow) on my Galaxy S5 last Friday and since then have not been able to get into my Touchdown for Smartphones app. When I try to open it I receive an error box stating "Not Logged In - You must be logged in to run this application." There is a quit button at the bottom of the error message that I have to select to get out and then Touchdown fails to start. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks in advance.

Are you using a MDM? If so, can you try logging in on the MDM app then opening Touchdown?

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm not very high tech so I don't know what an MDM is. I have Exchange on a laptop for work and the Touchdown syncs and gives me all of the data from our server. I haven't ever had to log in to access Touchdown and have no clue where I would go to do so. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

No, I don't have any of those. I did finally get a pop up on a calendar reminder that I needed to sign into the Amazon appstore to run the application. Thank you for your time.
