Anti Virus definitions not updating post 05/07/2012 Rev 2
Created: 18 May 2012 | 3 comments
Hello -
I've seen a large number of SAV 10.x and SEP 11.x clients which haven't auto-updated after 05/07/2012.. their last update is 05/07/2012 Rev 2. I believe this is one day before the Bloodhound-459 update was released.
Any reason as to why this is happening?
Thanks!

Hello,
Are the SAV 10 .x Clients Managed? Are these Updating from SSC?
What about the SEP 11.x clients, Are these Managed and Receiving updates from SEPM?
Are you running any Proxy on the Server?
If yes, then please try updating the SSC and SEPM with the Latest Updates and check -

Hi,
there is not issue in getting updates that could be related to the Bloodhound-459 detection, it is just a coincidence. Troubleshoot it as usual:
