AV definitions
Anti virus definitions
In case you do not have the latest definitions you can also get the latest AV/AS definitions from the following site. Download the first executable and then run it on the machine in question. This would update the Anti virus definition and then perform a full scan in SAFE mode. This should take care of the infection. In case it cannot then as rightly suggested submit the suspicious files to Symantec.
