Antivirus and Antispyware disabled

I am using Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 and the antivirus and antispyware is disabled, I cannot fix by clicking on the button FIX, Could you please tell me how can I enable my antivirus?

Hello,

Please make sure the Antivirus and Antispyware Policy is enabled in the SEPM

Also, make sure Auto-Protect Feature is enabled and locked (within Antivirus and Antispyware Policy) in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.

Hi

 

Please go to add remove program and search for Symantec endpoint protection manger,

click on CHANGE and procced to next and select MODIFY enable the same from their and say nexy next and than restart the system and check.
