  • 1.  Antivirus and ProActive off on some computers

    Hey

    I have some computers where Antivirus and ProActive is off. (11.06)

    If I click "Fix All" they turn green, but after a restart they are red again.

    (Windows 7 x64 + Windows XP x86)

    Help ;)

    remove the email plugin, if it is not required. Are there any error in application event viewer?

    Hey

    Removing the email plugin did not help...

    No errors in the event viewer.

    For 64 bit machine, this is working as design

    try a uninstall and reinstall the software after disabling UAC;

    UAC is stopping the service ;

    To clarify that a bit, PTP will show as off on 64bit machines.

    Rafeeq is right, ive had similar issues @ a customers infrastructure.
