  • 1.  AntiVirus Protection Report not allowing drill down to Computers

    I was running some reports and noticed that the Anti virus Protection Report will allow me to right click on a particular Product/Version and View Anti virus Computers but the list is empty..for each type.  I decided to clone the report so I could add Microsoft Forefront.  The new report pulled up three versions but still when I right click and view what systems it shows No Results.

    Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    make sure  you add the new AV entry in all 4 places. See Altiris KB34199. Both the built in report, and the report attached to the KB article allow right click and drilldown, and both work properly for me. So, a question for you would be what AV product are you looking for? Do any of your machines show up with the built in AV products?
