I've had a couple clients get infected with Antivirus360/SpywareProtect2009/Antivirus2009. But SAV is not detecting, logging, or cleaning it. Why not? According to this article:
http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2009-012310-1626-99&tabid=2it looks like it should be able to clean it. Does Symantec monitor these forums so they can address new threats or issues with detecting/cleaning them?
