Does anyone know of any good books for Altiris 7.0.

CMS, AMS, SMS or more?

The only books I have heard about are

Not the same but could be worth considering Symantec eLibrary which has modules for the suites you mentioned as well as SMP. 

You can buy the modules separately or get a subscription, which gives you access to all the content, it's roughly 900-1000$, converting from euro pricing I got in May. 

Ya, saw the Altiris Cookbook but not sure if its worth to purchase.

If you've been thrown into the fire, so to speak, and haven't had any formal training then yes the books are fantastic. There are very few 'advanced' resources available. At one time Altiris had offered advanced technical training (hands on) which was far and away the best training I ever had with this or any other product.
