Data Loss Prevention

I would be interested in hearing if anyone has experienced performance issues with v9.  And if you did have performance issues, what if anything did you do to improve performance.  Just curious what others are seeing as average wait times.  There are reports or functions where the wait time is over 20 seconds, some even more than 1 minute.

I had some performance issues that I couldn't determine the cause of. It eventually resolved itself though...it might have been a network congestion problem.

What happened was that whenever I had an incident say for printing, there was confidential information in it but the message never popped up. Once 60 seconds had elapsed the document didn't print and it took about half an hour for the incident to appear in the Enforce server. The next day it was fine though...I don't remember changing anything =/

Other than that, I found that there are some lags in producing HTTP POST incidents in the Enforce Server. I'd have an incident at 4pm and the time that it registers as reaching the Enforce is like 10am the next morning. That was only with certain URLs though...others worked out fine.

I've had similar experiences.  Some reports take longer than others.  I had some luck with having our DBA update statistics on the Oracle database.  But some reports still take up to a couple of minutes to generate.  This seems to be directly related to the amount of data in the database.
