To install MR4 on Windows 7
1. Copy the contents of the Symantec Endpoint Protection folder to your local hard drive or a network share.
2. Run LUSETUP.EXE to install LiveUpdate.
3. Restart the computer.
4. Run SETUP.EXE to install Symantec Endpoint Protection

i tried the install and it hung at the final stage.
i had to reboot the computer.
after the reboot the computer came up fine, but explorer was very sluggish
it took almost 15mins for me to get a responsive desktop
after that i rebooted the box normally and it came up fine.

What about SEP 10.2.2.2000?

What about SEP 10.2.2.2000?  That's our corporate version. I just upgraded a system from Vista Enterprise SP2 to Win7 Enterprise.  I got a message about NAV sending incompatible messages.
