    Hi,

You can do this with the help of Move client utility.

    It's VBS script.

You will find it under downloaded setup files, path would be Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_11.0.6_MP3_Xplat_EN_DVD\Tools\NoSupport\MoveClient_Utility

You will find PDF file also for more details.

I believe the groups have top be created manualy first and then use the tool to move the clients to respective groups based on IP range.

before creating groups, i need to migrate clients from one management server to another management server. I cannot configure load sharing or failover cluster because they both are in different versions. I can't even use logon script to replace the sylink file for some internel reasons. Please guide if any other way there...

Thank you rqfeeq for you suggestion, But my problem is as i mentioned in this thread earlier nearly 2000 clients connected to that management sever.

That's why i believe that using sylink replacer is not the best choice.

Is there any way through which i can migrate the clients using management server ?..

Are all the clients that needs to be moved in the same group now? If yes, then you can sort the clients based on the ip address (in protection technology view). Now select them and move them to the new group created.
