The Symantec Protection Network Online Connector on this media server is not confirmed.
What do I do?

After installing the agent on the server, you are prompted to register the agent by entering the customers login and password credentials. After this step you should get a message stating you also need to confirm the agent in the web portal. When you log into the portal at this point you should see an alert that you have an agent that is unconfirmed. In essence, you should be fine after confirming the agent in the portal.

Actually, it turns out that the connector won't function until the server has been rebooted after confirming the agent. Once the agent is confirmed and the server is rebooted, then the connector connects and folders can be created.
