I have tried two installs with SEP 11, and each has been a nightmare.

 

Has anyone used their service?  Can you watch and ask questions?

 

I have an install with about 35 clients.  Would you pay for all, or 5 and then see if you can finish on your own?

 

Also, if problems arise a few days later, do they correct it without further payment?
