Anything to do when moving mailboxes between Exchange servers?

Hello,
We have four Exchange 2003 servers and one EV8.0 SP5 server with Outlook 2003 clients. Mailbox archiving works on all servers.
So now we need to move archive-enabled mailboxes between the four Exchange servers to balance the distribution/load better, say in batches of 50 mailboxes.
Do we have to do anything in EV? Upto now, we just moved mailboxes from one Exchange server to another without doing anything at all in EV and that worked fine. Really want to keep this simple and fast.
We have a provisioning task running at mid-day and mid-night (we don't automatically enable new mailboxes for archiving in EV).
Thanks,
- Alan.

Having 1 server
Hi Alan,
When you have only 1 EV server, I do not think you do need to do anything.
You might want to set the registrykey SynchInMigrationMode to be sure, but I do not think it is needed.
See registry.pdf

For each new server you need
For each new server you need an archiving task (othewise nothing will be archived) !

Thanks guys.
These aren't new servers and it's not a new installation, so all the tasks already exists. Just wanted to check if there were any obvious gotchas if we start moving a lot of mailboxes.
We don't have the SynchInMigrationMode key but there's never been a problem when we moved mailboxes before. Nothing changed as far as their EV archives were concerned. I suppose it's because we only have one EV server.
When we move a mailbox, there's no chance that it would create a new, empty archive and delete the old one, is there???
deletion is manual!
Archives are not deleted 'automatically', only by Administrator action.
You will only see issues whn you have multiple EV-servers, that handle multiple Exchangeservers. When you move a mailbox with a task on EV1 to an Exchange server with a task on EV2, you might see some events. Check your provisioning log, you might see something there, but I don't think so.
Thank you, Gertjan
