    Bonjour,

     

    Après la mise à jour vers la nouvelle version SEP 12.1 RU5 j'ai eu cette erreur :

    Source de l'événement :    Apache Service
    Catégorie de l'événement :    Aucun
    ID de l'événement :    3299
    Description :
    The Apache service named  reported the following error:
    >>> httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 129 of D:/Program Files/Symantec/Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_ssl.so into server: Le module sp\xe9cifi\xe9 est introuvable.

     

    Pourriez-vous m'aider SVP.

    Run the FIPSMode-Enable.bat

    Simillar thread "

    What we had to do was run the "FIPSMode-Enable.bat" command under the SEPM Install directory to copy "the proper mod_ssl.so file over to \apache\modules"

    After running FIPSMode-Enable.bat : i've got this error

    The Apache service named  reported the following error:
    >>> Invalid command 'Order', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration     .

    running upgrade.bat solved the problem.
