Ok so I have 36 of 38 metering policies working. I just cannot get 2 to work and both are .exe.
What I have found is as long as they place information in the temp file in the queue directory they will work. But this file just will not.
i have tried by .exe name, internal name, known as to no avail.
is it just that some software is just too old and cannot be metered against? We use policies to monitor the start time just so we know a instrument is still in use by that machine. we are going through a win7 upgrade so need to get this going. Works fine in NS6 though... go figure...
