    I have over 100 clients being managed by SEPM v11.0.6200.530 and one of those clients returns the following error message:

    Log name: Application Error, Source: Windows Error Reporting, Event ID:1001, Fault bucket type 0, Event name: APPCRASH

    Problem signature: P1: SmcGui.exe, P2: 11.0.6200.530, P3: 4cdd56e8, P4: ccVrTrst.dll, P5: 106.5.3.5, P6: 4c621ba8, P7: c0000005, P8: 000000000003ce02

    Attached files: C:\Users\etc...

    Analysis symbol: Rechecking for solution: 0, Report ID: e9a3bef1-196c-11e3-a8c5-001999cdecc0

    Report status: 0

    Can anyone explain this error and how to resolve it?

    You can dump the process memory and open a support call with Symantec to troubleshoot.

    You're also 5 versions behind so it's possible this was resolved in a later release of 11.x

    Dumping the process memory for tech support to review is not an easy option for my environment. If this were a known issue why is this happening on only one out over 100 machines? This is a fairly new workstation running Windows 7 embedded. I have other workstations running Windows 7 Professional that have been on the domain for over a year being managed with this version of SEPM without issue.

         Could this error cause the workstation to reboot without human intervention?
