I have just set up a new cart of iPads that I will be supervising using Apple Configurator 1.4. These iPads are all running iOS 7.0.2 and the most current version of the Symantec Mobile MGMT app available from the Apple App Store.
(I realize this app hasn't been updated to for compatibility with iOS 7--I've just contacted senior IT staff at my organization to see if they plan to deploy an in-house agent using Symantec's MDM Agent Builder).
After enrolling an iPad to our MDM using the app, if I connect it to the Mac running Configurator (to update or add an app I just downloaded), the MDM Enrollment profile is deleted once I Refresh the device.
Is anyone here supervising iOS 7 devices using Configurator? Will the latest MDM build produced by the Builder application prevent the Enrollment profile from being deleted whenever a device is synced? Is it possible to export the Enrollment profile from the MDM server so I can import it into the list of profiles I deploy to devices I manage in Configurator?
