    dear all,

    i looking for solution for charge apple iphone via apple usb cable without monting iphone internal storage in to pc...

    'cause here users not allowd to use usb storage, these blocked by windows group policies....

    i require solution, best ideas to solve this....

    If you have blocked via GPO you will raised your concern microsoft fourms.

    if this usb access blocked from *symantec only......., is there any solution(symantec perspective) to

    Hello,

    There is not any solution to charge the iphone in symantec usb blocked policy.

    Iphone have a single device id for the charging point and for usb storage.

    When ever you can connect the iphone it first detect the driver for the iphone storage and then charging port will start.

    I've noticed that iphone gets charged in the first time you plug it into a computer, but afterwards it fails. I tested this with many computers and it's the same outcome. Work on the first time only. Is there anyway we can reverse the computer to the original state, so that we can charge the phone using the same computer?

    You can move the system in different group where you can add the device id in exclusion. So charging can be work there.

    Note - If this can applied user can access the storage of the iphone.
