Appliance 5220 Alert Notification on MSDP

Wonder what is the possible cause of the following alert?

Your queue is getting old.

This is an indication that your CRQP may not be running.  Or it is taking too long.

Check your /disk/log/spoold/storaged.log for errors.

Agree with Virtual ED - that is a pretty bug queue size!

It wil also affect performance

I would reccomend that you fire it off manually a few times to clear it down - you need to go into the O/S to do it via the CLISH - Support - Maintenance - P@ssw0rd - elevate

Then run /usr/openv/pdde/pdcr/bin/crcontrol --processqueueinfo

This tells you if it is actually busy and also if another one is pending. It runs automatically twice a day.

If it is not running then start it using this command twice:

/usr/openv/pdde/pdcr/bin/crcontrol --processqueue

The queue info should then show it running and pending.

As it only does a limited amount per run it sometimes needs manually running to give it a chance to catch up.
