Application and Device control not working

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Application andDevice Control policy is not working on few computers but are working on others.what can be the reason ?
all are in the same group and all are receiving virus definitions.

what is your policy? and please check Proactive Threat protection is ON other computers.
all of them in same goup and using same application & device policy rigth?

1)make sure you have all the

1)make sure you have all the components installed on clients.
 
2)HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\sysPlant
Start should be 4
 
3) Clients are communicating with SEPM
 
4) and the most important your computer SHOULD NOT be 64 BIT OS.
Application and Device control is not supported on 64 bit platform.

After further investigation

After further investigation it looks these computers are 64 bit.
But why is this function not supported on 64 bit and when will it be supported.

I have voted for the idea.It shows it is in development so may be next version should support 64 bit.
