Hello,

I think you should consult the support site and review the documentation first http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag.... Your question could cover quite a large amount of applications.

There are many "applications" and there are many different options/features for restoring an application "as is".

GRT in NetBackup refers to the ability to restore single items from Exchange, SharePoint and Active directory by performing only a single pass backup. You can perform full restores of the above mentioned apps with the same backup as you do the individual items.

You need an OpenVision to see the truth about Backups. Restores are a plus. But that's just Semantics ;)

ITs easy :)
