  • 1.  Application & device control with HP Pc's Reboot computer

    Hi, I have several computers from HP Compaq in several models when i apply the Application & device control policy to that computers it start to rebooting, there is any know issue or a fix for this.

    I hope that someone have find the solution

    A reboot is required the first time you apply an Application and Device Control policy to a SEP client. This is in order for the client to activate the driver related to this feature to be able to block items configured in the policy.

    Hi Kurt, after applying the policy to the group all HP computers start rebooting, after you login in windows appears a blue screen and then the computers reboot.

    What version are you on?

    Make sure you are on the latest, RU6 MP2 or at the very least, RU6.

    There is a known issue in RU5 that caused a BSOD

    Hi, I am running Client version 11.0.6000.550 I dont really know what you mean with RU6 sorry.

    There is an another update available so please upgrade and let us know the results
