Application Freezes when Symantec Anti Virus 10.1.5 or 10.1.6.6 is installed

Hi,
We have a portal application developed in Delphi 5.0 which freezes when the Symantec Anti Virus 10.1.5 is installed.Previously we had Symantec Anti Virus 10.1.2.200 and the application is working fine. When Symantec Anti Virus 10.1.5 is installed the application is freezed and we are not able to do access the application. By using task manager we are able to close the aplication. We had also tried with Symantec Anti Virus 10.1.6.6000 and upgrade Symantec Anti Virus 10.1.5 from an older version 10.1.2.200 (instead for direcly installing 10.1.5 version). Still the problem exists. Please find the machine configuration below:

Unfortunately, this is something that you will need to call Symantec Support for. We will most likely need to get a memory capture. Support will walk you thru this process.
