Application metering reporting issues
Updated: 21 May 2010 | 4 comments
Hi,
I've created an Application monitor which is looking for 10 specific applications. I've enabled the monitor and set it to send application start events.
All appears to be OK, but how can i create a report from the information that this is creating? When i go to the reports tab i don't see anyway of calling the monitor that i've already created.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Standard Reports
Mark,
There are some standard reports for that. For example: Application Usage and Start - Stop denial events.
They are under reports Application Metering - Installed vs Used and Start - Stop Deail Events.
Hope this helps,

The built in reports can be manipulated, or you can create custom reports, depends on what you are looking for. For example, the installed vs. used report is one of the best reports available (and I believe the downloads section has a great one with a modification). The denial reports, in my opinon, leave a bit to be desired.
