Application Metering to send start/stop event back to NS every 1 minute

Hi all
Is there a way to configure Application Metering Plug-in to send start/stop event back to NS every 1 minute? In Metering Policy in console, I can set it to be sent only daily (1 day) or weekly (7 days).

Your NS would explode
For performance reasons (and survival of your NS reasons), this can't be set lower than 1 day. The local computer packs up the data at a smaller size and sends it off to the NS to be processed.

Can someone please direct me to where in the console I can choose the interval (daily or weekly) at which the app metering event data is sent to the CMDB? I can find the summary data interval on the Application Metering Configuration page but not the event data interval.
