Hello,

I've a customer who has a problem with App metering, and its windows 2000 pro computers.
Computers hangs with high CPU usage, and the only solution is to reboot the computer. It seems that it is the winmgmt process that use 100% of memory.

This problem appears randomly on these 2K machines on the customer network, and only the 2K.
Dell Client Manager is installed on these clients.

Here is a known bug ?

A long time ago, App Metering caused an agent issue. This was resolved with the 6.1.32 solution and 6.1.31 client build.

This can also be caused by real time scanning of the agent directories on the client. Do the Altiris logs on the client show any errors?
