    I don't see any related output for "Apply System Configuration" task execution.

    I only see that your client computer unable to download packages through UNC from this Package Server

    • GetFiles 'HTTP://HKHKGDUTSSC0003.global.publicisgroupe.net/Altiris/PS
    • HTTP Request Failed: Operation aborted (0x80004004)

     

    Make sure that your client computer is registered with Task Server, Deployment plug-in installed ⇒ and try to re-execute this task and then analyze logs on client and server side.

    All task is working fine same task we have use for unjoin domain its working but I am not able to domain joined,

    What was shown in Altiris Log Viewer on server side and in log on client side at this moment, when task has failed?

    Does this problem occur on another client computers as well?

    What credentials you're specifying in "Apply System Configuration" task to perform joining to Domain?

    • abc.com\admin
    • abc\admin
    • admin

    Also make sure that there are correct settings in "Network Adapters" tab of "Apply System Configuration" task.

    I have just successfully done tis using DS 7.5 HF5.  Here are my steps:

    1.  Pushed SMA to Windows 7 Enterprise workgroup machine.

    2.  Deployed the DS Plugin to this machine.

    3.  Created a system configuration (Settings > Deployment > System Configurations).

               The computer name was left alone, the Domain radial button was selected and the domain FQDN entered, the domain credentails were entered, and the Network Adapters tab was left alone.

    4.  Created a new Apply System Configuration task, and selected the system configuration that I had just created from the dropdown list.

    5.  I targeted the workgroup machine using the tasks Quick Apply function.

    6.  Task ran successfully and rebooted the machine.

    7.  I was presented with the Ctrl+Alt+Del screen indicating that the domain join had worked (workgroup machines usually display a user selection).

    8.  I then used the Switch User function to enter a domain users credentials.
