We have had numerous problems lately with running out of disk space, and one of our employees' solutions was to change the maximum cache size to 20MB and then clear the rest of the cache. Is there any way to implement this--at least the maximum cache size, if not the Remove All Files From Cache option--for all of our users from the SEP console?

You can only set the cache size for Quarantine

In SEPM--Antivirus Policy --Quarantine--Cleanup Options

From the SEPM console, you could disable File  cacche, and network cache, from the AV/AS policy.
