I would like to know is there any document (configuration) on APWR authentication method can be used for PGP.

APWR is related to password reset and how can we use this for resetting the password (passphrase) of HW encryption of PGP clients (Single signon).

Please help me in this regard at the earliest. Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure what APWR stands for, and a google search didn't bring me anyhting related to password resets, but I would guess there is no supported method of authentication using APWR.  Need more information to be sure.

The only supported way to change a passphrase so it syncs with single sign on is to use the ctrl+alt+del method to reset the password for Windows.  Other methods may work, but the user will need to be instructed that they will need to log on once with their old passphrase in Bootguard and the new passphrase at Windows login before the new passphrase will have a chance to sync.

    Thank you Mike,

    APWR is Automated PassWord Reset.

This like if I forgot my passowrd based on my voice recording I will dial and access the APWR server and announce my phrase to recognize and the password is announced over phone or sent to the mobile based on the configuration that was selected.

That sounds like an interesting idea, using voice recognition biometrics to reset a password.  It definitely would not work for Bootguard changes, but the following scenario might work:
    1.  User forgets password.
    2.  Help desk personnel assists with getting into the device using WDRT or administrator passphrase.
    3.  User calls in to reset passphrase on the domain.
    4.  User logs into Windows.
    5.  During successful login, Bootguard should update to the new passphrase.

Obviously that process is still generating a help desk call, so it isn't ideal, but it is the price to pay for the level of security.
