archive explorer character-language problem

hi,
in archive explorer and search vaults mails are shown in the screen in wrong format.
We are using Turkey Language and characters.
when i double click this problemed items,they are open in correct format.
what can be the problem?

What version of the EV client do you have installed. You say that it is the wrong format, what is the right format?
If you install the english language does it then show up correctly? Perhaps this is relevant:

This is very old TN i think not related.
yes it is already english language installed.
some of the user mails in seach screen characters is wrong,so it couldnt read.when we double click archived item all of the turkish characters are shown correctly.
