Hi all,
I have a problem with one user's archive explorer. The archive explorer doesn't show the changes in PST migrated folders. For example I create a subfolder in inbox it shows on archive explorer instantly, however, when I create a subfolder under the PST migrated folders. It never shows up in archive explorer. Our Vault server is 9.02. when I check SQL tables with the link below ıt does not show the newly created subfolders under the PST migrated folders.
http://EVServername/EnterpriseVault/TreeViewXML.asp?archiveid=UserArchiveID&version=1
I have updated indexes no luck!
I have rebuilded the indexes and still no luck!
Any idea will be appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Archive Explorer will only
Archive Explorer will only reflect folders in the mailbox that have archived items in them so try to manually archive an item in the new subfolder you created then refresh the view in AE.

You may archive an item in
You may archive an item in the new folder which you created under you PST or proably move shortcuts to the sub-folder and then Perform a 'Run Now..' on the 'Exchange Mailbox Archiving Task...' for 'Shortcut Processing' on the Mailbox

Thank you for your responses but...
Thank you for your responses but I have to clerify that Archive explorer already show inbox folders and PST migrated folder. I prepare a visual chart to show you the situation. My problem is If I create a new folder or subfolder to the PST migrated section. It doesnt be shown in the archive explorer. Manuel archiving is working correctly. In inbox section when I create a subfolder, archive explorer shows the subfolder instantly, however when I create a folder or subfolder under the arsiv section It never come to archive explorer.
When I open archive explorer without any changes I can see both Inbox and arsiv section.

It sounds like maybe there
It sounds like maybe there could be an issue in the ArchiveFolder table. See the following article that describes how the structure is recorded in ArchiveFolder and how it can be queried via the ArchiveFolderView.

The question is if the new folder created under the PST 'rootidentity' is being added to the ArchiveFolder table.
Hope this helps.
