Archives marked as Closed?

This issue has been solved. See solution.
We have been moving archives from one site to another using the inbuilt Move Archive tool. Usually after it completes the move, the archive is marked as Closed on the Source server.
However lately we have noticed that archives are still showing as Available. Any ideas on this?

The first thing that should happen is they should be marked as closed I believe, however if they're being marked as available, is it possible they are failing their moves? Check the move archive report for the user and see what its doing
Thanks for the reply. Will be trawling the reports with a fine tooth comb incase we have missed something.
