Archiving a single mailbox fails

when it try to archive a single mailbox any regardless of the user I get the error message "processing failed to launch" nothing in the event log.  Anyone know why i would get this. All my mailbox archive with no problem on every other occassion.

Im sorry Alco but your post does not make any sense at all and seems to condratict itself.  Can you explain your issue better?

Does it state "Processing Failed to Run"  followed by NONE ?
 
If so, then that is not an error.  See Technote http://support.veritas.com/docs/285557
 
However, if the mailbox is listed instead of none, then check to ensure that the mailbox is not disabled.  The only time I recall this actually listing a mailbox was because it was disabled.

Sorry for anyone who was confused by my post and my tardy reply. But the problem is the one mentioned in the tech note with one addition; nothing in the mailbox appears to be actually vaulted.
