Are excludelists stored on the Master server in version 6.5?

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I found out (via this forum) that I can use the command bpgetconfig to get excludelist information for my windows clients. I'd like to know if this command is getting the information from the NB database (ie., the filelist info is in a file in the openv/netbackup/db/class sugdirectory), or is it dynamically querying the client for that information when you run it?
Thank you

Not from db
It is interrogating the clients registry.

bpgetconfig
It is dynamically querying the client.
Exclude lists are part of the NetBackup registry entries on the client.

It amazes me sometimes how such a simple posting can garner 8 votes and only 4 points :-)

Not sure how to interpret your reply.
I am new to this forum, and had some issues with the whole thumbs up/down/votes.
I am used to HP ITRC where you assign points (1-9) based on whether the reply answered your question.
I tried ot give credit where it was due. If I made a faux pas, sorry...but life goes on :-)

Centralized management of these lists is a concept over on the .. Ideas board
Tip: Get overview/document your NBU environment. Run 'nbsu' and review the output.
