I am seeing a machine that is having an issue with the mobility client, the previous versions worked fine, I was just curious if there were any issues with SEP and Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Version 3.1.02026
You can enable the SEP client debug with advanced TSE debugging:

...this should show you if SEP firewall is blocking anything, and if yes what rules are triggering the block actions.
